S – Sense the Block
Objective: Identify and acknowledge the source of feeling stuck.
Process:
- Explore what aspect of life feels stagnant (e.g., relationships, career, emotions, spiritual growth).
- Ask open-ended questions:
- What is currently holding you back?
- What emotions come up when you think about this?
- Use Mindfulness techniques to help the client tune into their body and emotions, noticing where the “stuck” energy resides.

T – Transform the Narrative
Objective: Shift limiting beliefs and reframe the story around the block.
Process:
- Challenge the client’s self-talk and underlying assumptions:
- What belief is keeping you stuck?
- What would it look like if you could think differently about this?
- Introduce empowering intentions to replace limiting beliefs.
- Reframe the experience as an opportunity for growth and self-discovery.

U – Unlock Inner Resources
Objective: Discover the client’s strengths, intuition, and inner wisdom.
Process:
- Guide the client to reflect on past successes and how they overcame challenges.
- What strengths helped you move forward in the past?
- What resources (skills, networks, tools) can you draw on now?
- Tap into intuition or higher guidance through meditation or connecting with their Higher Self.

C – Create a New Path
Objective: Develop an actionable, aligned plan to move forward.
Process:
- Collaborate with the client to set small, achievable goals that align with their values and purpose.
- What is one small step you can take today?
- What does the next week/month look like if you’re no longer stuck?
- Encourage them to embrace experimentation, viewing actions as learning opportunities rather than rigid commitments.

K – Keep Evolving
Objective: Integrate the lessons and maintain forward momentum.
Process:
- Reflect on the growth and lessons gained through the process.
- What have you learned about yourself?
- How can you stay aligned with this new perspective?
- Encourage practices to maintain alignment, such as noticing the blessings that are present in clients life, Mindfulness, or connecting with Light Codes.
- Remind the client that stuckness is temporary and part of the larger process of growth.
